Prices

The prices are designed for our extremely small groups with a maximum of 4 or 8 participants.

The normal group size for Amsterdam city tours with other providers is 15 participants.

All listed prices include:

Cancellation

You can cancel the booked service free of charge up to 1 day before the service is provided. If the cancellation is made on shorter notice or the guest does not appear at the agreed time, the full fee must be paid. In any case, the guest is permitted to prove that Herzblut has suffered no or significantly less damage due to the cancellation or no-show. The tour guide reserves the right to claim higher compensation, which will be specifically calculated on a case-by-case basis if the damage incurred is significantly higher than the above-mentioned flat rate.

Should the tour guide be unable to provide the contracted service for reasons not known at the time of contract conclusion, he/she is obliged to organize another fully suitable tour guide for the agreed tour and inform the guest accordingly. If this is not possible in extreme exceptional cases (e.g. sudden illness, accident on the way to the meeting point), the tour must be canceled. In this case, any fees already paid will be refunded immediately.
