The cancellation conditions for tours booked through booking platforms are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective booking platform.

Generally, city tours can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour begins. After that, 100% of the total price will be charged.

Private tours with up to 15 participants can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the tour begins. For cancellations 3 to 1 day(s) before the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged.

For larger groups, cancellations are free of charge up to 8 days before the event.

For cancellations 7 to 3 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged. For cancellations 3 to 0 days before the event, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

For experiences specifically booked for the group (e.g., museum visits, restaurants, art, culture, canal cruises, tickets, entrance fees, etc.) that were paid for in advance, the cancellation policy of the respective provider applies.

Any additional effort incurred for refund attempts will be charged separately if the booking and payment were processed through Herzblut; otherwise, the cancellation process is the responsibility of the customer.
